Approval

Every teaching application is reviewed. We may ask for proof of qualifications or identity. Approval is not automatic.

Content

You confirm the material you upload is yours or that you have the right to use it. You keep the intellectual property and grant us a non-exclusive licence to distribute it through the platform.

Revenue

You receive an agreed share of the revenue from each course. The platform retains a commission. Shares are agreed in writing and may differ by teaching format.

Obligations towards minors

Contacting a minor outside the platform is prohibited. You must not request personal contact details from a minor. A breach ends the collaboration immediately.

Quality

Material must be accurate, legible and aligned with the curriculum. We reserve the right to withdraw a course that does not meet the standard.

Ending the collaboration

Either party may end the collaboration. Already-enrolled students keep access to the material for the period they have paid for.
