Refund Policy

Recorded courses

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have watched less than 25% of the course.

Live classes

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the class starts: full refund. After it starts, a pro-rata refund for sessions not delivered.

One to one and small groups

Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: full refund. Less than 24 hours: the session is charged, except in a documented emergency.

Cancellation by the teacher

If a class is cancelled by the teacher or the platform, you get a full refund or a replacement session, at your choice.

Scholarships

Places funded by a scholarship, municipality or sponsor are not refundable in cash to the student.
