Child safety by design

The platform is used by minors. Safety was not added afterwards — it was designed in from the start.

What we do not do

• We do not run an open social network for students.
• We do not allow uncontrolled private messaging.
• We do not let an unverified adult teach or contact a minor.
• We do not sell minors' data or advertise to them.

What we do

• Teacher verification: every application is reviewed manually before approval.
• Parental consent where the law requires it.
• Controlled communication: contact happens only within a course the student is enrolled on.
• Logging where needed: live classes may be recorded for safety.
• Reporting function: any user can report an incident from their account.
• Immediate suspension where there is a credible concern.

How to report

Sign in and use the "Report a problem" form, or contact us. Reports involving a minor are prioritised.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the authorities first: 100 (Police) or 1056 (The Smile of the Child) in Greece.
