Parental Consent

When it is required

Users under 16 require the consent of a parent or guardian to create an account and for their data to be processed.

How it is given

During registration the student confirms they have their guardian's consent. The guardian can create their own parent account and link the child, in order to see courses, progress, attendance and payments.

Withdrawal

Consent can be withdrawn at any time. After withdrawal the minor's account is deactivated and data is deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

Guardian rights

• Access to the child's data.
• Rectification or erasure.
• Information about courses and teachers.
• Submitting a safety report.
